start at a tabletop position and keep your abs tight. bend your elbows and go down and extend one of your legs forward and then bring it down and alternate to the other leg. as you dip inhale on the way down, exhale on the way up. it works the triceps and the back of the arms.

REACH AND SQUEEZE | WORKS BACK, OBLIQUES & BUTT. lift up into a side plank position and make sure your elbow is in line with your shoulder. take the dumbell over your head. at the same time you’re lifting up one of your legs and bringing that dumbell down. do 12 reps, repeat on opposite side.
